Children Policy
- For a child under 3 years old, accommodation is free of charge if the kids stay with their parents in a room with no additional bed.
- 50% charge will be applicable for the child between (4 – 12 Years old) if the kid stays with parents with no additional bed.
Check-in / Check-out Policy:
- Check-in at 02:00 PM and Check-out at 12:00 PM
- Late Check-out up to 06:00 PM will be charged a 50 percent of the room rate. Checkout after 06:00 PM, full night charge will be applied
- Guests are requested to provide the passport detail during Check-in. All our guest needs to register at the front desk.
- Please note that reservations need to be pre-booked the night before for immediate check-in.
No Show and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time of the hotel.
- In an event of No show, you will be charged a one night’s retention.
- A F.I.T must confirm the booking 2 days prior to the expected arriving date.
- A G.I.T must confirm the booking, in writing, 20 days prior to the expected arriving date.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, than the guest is a no-show at the hotel, a one-night charge will be applied based on the daily rate.
Taxes
- The room mentioned above is non-commissionable.
- The Rates are exclusive and are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 13% VAT.
